When does registration start?
Registration for the Fall season usually opens in May and closes in mid-July. The exact dates are dependent on BYSL and FYSA scheduling.
Registration for the Spring season usually opens in October/November and closes in mid-January. The exact dates are dependent on BYSL and FYSA scheduling.
Why can’t I register my child AFTER registration has closed?
Registration is kept open as long as possible to afford everyone ample time to complete the registration process. Immediately upon registration close teams are established , uniforms are ordered and rosters are distributed to district and state affiliates as per "their" deadlines. Occasion does arise where registrations are accepted AFTER the closing date in an effort to "round out" an age group.
How much does it cost to register my child for soccer?
Registration fees vary among programs. Recreational Soccer is usually less costly than Competitive Soccer and both a subject to review and change each seasonal year. PSJ Soccer makes every effort to keep fees as low as possible through solicitation of donations and sponsorships from local business and other civic organizations. Check the registration page of this site for the current fee schedule.

Do I need to purchase a uniform?
Uniforms for both Coed and Girls Recreational Soccer are provided as part of the registration fee.
Uniforms for Competitive Soccer are NOT provided as part of the registration fee. They are purchased from PSJ Soccer once the player has been accepted to the Competitive program.
Does my player need to purchase any additional gear in order to play?
Each player must have "approved" shin guards.
Each player should have their own age appropriate soccer ball.
Each player should have soccer appropriate shoes.
Each player should have their own water bottle.
When are practices held?
Practice times and days are established by the coach of each team.
When and where are games played?
Travel teams usually play half their games at the Space Coast Communities Sports Complex and half at the opponents home field.
Non-traveling teams play all games at the Space Coast Communities Sports Complex.
Games are usually played on Saturday with some Sunday games as well.
I forgot to purchase my child’s "Comp" uniform when I registered. What do I do now?
Go through the registration process again BUT when choosing a sports program, choose "Purchase Equipment ONLY" then be sure and enter the quantity of each item you want to purchase. The merchandise section appears at the bottom of the page during "Step 1" of the registration process. Continue with registration steps 2, 3 and 4, all the way through checkout.
